Without ever having seen the show, would I be correct in guessing that the majority of the viewership sides with Jinx?

Many do, because she's cute and has a tragic background.

I think that the Zaunites are going to start seeing Jinx as a revolutionary soon, which is... Well, you know. You just wrote the article. Haha.

I've been waiting for someone to write about this. Even my mother, who knows much less about Israel than I do, turned to me and exclaimed, "Israel and Palestine!" when we watched the first season together. I just watched Act I of the new season and I can't stop thinking about this.

I think there's one significant difference - that Piltover somehow benefits from the labour of Zaunites? I may be mistaken, but I think it's primarily Zaunites who work in the mines and live and breathe pollution from these mines (and possibly runoff from Piltover). But I don't see any parallel between Israel and Gaza when it comes to that. I may be wrong, so please correct me if so. Otherwise, I think it's really apt.

You're not wrong. Also, Zaun isn't part of a giant fractured empire.
